DIT University (erstwhile Dehradun Institute of Technology) is an Indian private university in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Founded by Naveen Agarwal in 1998, UGC conferred Autonomous Status to DIT in 2012 and subsequently DIT was declared as DIT University by Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly vide Act No.10 of 2013. DIT University has been accorded by NAAC with Grade A

Campus DIT University's campus is located on the foothills of Mussoorie. Dehradun is located 240 kilometers north-east of Delhi. The area of the campus is 25 acres out of which 23 acres are developed, the prominent buildings are Vedanta, Chanakya, and Civil Block. There is a 2-acre ground available for students, and parking, and other facilities are also available in DIT.

SHRI NAVEEN AGARWAL JI SCHOLARSHIP FOR GIRL STUDENTS-UG Perogram	1) Must have scored 80% or above in both X and XII standard aggregate. 2) Scholarship percentage is consistent across all admission categories. 3) To maintain the scholarship, students must maintain a CGPA of 8.5 or above each year with no back papers, UFM, or disciplinary cases.	Girl students receive a 10% tuition fee scholarship in their first year of UG.
